In a couple of words ....dont bother !
This is without doubt the worst pool on the complex a few VERY big fish
In the last few weeks I have heard winning weights of less than double figures !
30 -40 pound if it fishes well with less than double figures in 2nd or 3rd place.
I dont know anything about the restocking all I can say it needs it

Dont for one minute think I am anti Jam Factory the other pools were up to this year solid with fish

I fished Ash pool last week and there was definately something wrong. Although the winner weighed in over 40Ilb he knows most the pegs and how to fish them, outside the top three there were no back up weights at all.
Sycamore Pool was also closed and has been for several weeks with all the fish gone!
You are right the fishery is open but if it was not he would be out of buisness and like many people who have fond memories of Lower Broadheath we all wait to see how the owner tends to re-stock as a lot of the established fish have been lost.
I was told if you have a carp problem then you can not re-stock carp in the pools for at least a couple of years although I think this applies to KVH disease and I am not sure if that is the problem at Lower Broadheath, did you read the Angling Times the disease is all over the country!!!
