OPENING YEAR, New Venue S.East - Talk Angling fishing chat and tackle advice

Hi everyone..

5 years ago I started a project and that was creating a secure and picturesque 1.5 acre Lake in the Sussex Countryside surrounded by woodlands and fields, with deer, kingfishers and newts to keep you company..

The lake itself ranges from 2ft to about 15ft in depth, with 2 Islands, Reed beds and Lillypads, and lots of underwater features to find
as well.

The lake has only ever been lightly fished with over 95% of the fish never being caught before.. There are 6 woodchipped swims to choose from with plenty of features and water to fish to from each swim With only 5 people ever being able to fish the lake you are always able to move and have space around you.

The Lake is nicely balanced in stocks and fed daily with hi-quality foods, so the weights are increasing at a very fast rate with beautiful scaled Mirror carp and Commons to unknown weights, as well as Grass Carp, Crucians, Barbel, Tench, Chub, Perch and a few bream as well
