Hi ben
Ive got a match on the silver pool on 28th march.Any info on baits depths etc would be much appreciated.I also have a match on the carp pool,but thats later on in july.Also have they got a website?i can get directions then.

Its not got a web site, but take A45 to Dunchurch at traffic lights in Dunchurch turn right on to A426, Tofts is located about 1 1/2 miles down A426 its sign posted Toft Lakes, on your left. just follow the track down to the lakes which is a good 2 miles or so long. Not fished the silvers pool but it looks superb, the carp lake is average 5 to 6 deep and has a good head of stockies in it.

The silver fish pool is like a canal in depth near shelf, track, far shelf so if ya fish it like a cut you cant go wrong plenty roach , perch ,skimmers ,small tench and chub up to 5lb. Maggot caster and chopped worm are ya baits

u wana try feeding micro's and maggot over the top, i go for dead maggots as it brings on the bigger tench and barbel and just do what brian said but ye i tried a mini feeder but nuthing, i fished on the opening day and had a few good fish from about 2lb to 4lb and the owner said he put sum bigger fish in from 4lb to 6lb which cud work out really well or not very good, the water temperature is 9 degree's as soon as it hit's 18 the fishing is top notch, good luck
