Ive Heard Its The Pond Next To The House We Are Fishing,,
Apperently Its A Snake Type Lake?
Thats As Much As I Know So Any Advise Welcome On This One Dudes?

Hiya mate .

Lowfield is a series of man made snaking ponds in Bolton on Dearne near mexborough. It is ( or was last time i fished there , maybe 5 years ago) very well stocked with carp and other species. If you come into Bolton from mexborough, go as though you were going to the railway station, but carry right on to the end of the road, the fishery is at the end of a track to the righ. Access is good, and you should have some excellent sport.

hiya matey,,thanks for the reply but i forgot to post ive now fished the match....finished 2nd! WAHEEY!...
but at the risk off sounding big headed,,i should have won it,,,,,
simply cos i was using black hydro and the carp where just boltin n sheddin the hook,,,
however,,,,,8 lost carp later,,i swapped to a 9 hollo to better affect,,
infact,,after that i never lost one,,,,
"note to self",,,when using 9 hollo for carp,use a puller bung,,,HA HA HA!
