Default advise on lindholme lakes

hi there am going to lindholme next week on the laurels.i need to know depths and how to attack it

Depths... down the edge 2-4ft and 6M+ its about 7ft....

As for attack it... I would take it easy with the feed. There are loads of silvers so if you went and fished up with caster you would have a nice day... otherwise you have to go for the carp and fish pellet / meat. There are loads of different ways to attack a match on the laurels... bomb past the pole line with meat can work well, certain pegs are really good down the edge - depends where you draw to be honest.

Personal choice really - I tend to feed the Lindholme pellets straight out of the bag to be honest.

Take some maggots as the trout have gone into laurels, if you don't seem to be getting anywhere with carp have a go for the trout.

what colour would you take ? what hooks would you use with the trout being hard mouthed ?

Apparently the trout are not feeding yet, the stockies are though.
