Hi all im new to the forum hope you all had a great new year and looking forward to lots of fishing in 2008.Im off to the river test end of January to fish grayling on the timsbury stretch for 4 days any tips from anyone who knows this stretch would be gratefully received.

Hi to all and Happy New Year,
I have found a place very near to me called Stockley Pond and was hoping that someone might have a bit of info about the place.The pond is in Glapwell not far from junction 29 of the M1.
As a beginner I have no idea how to tell if the pond is good or not so good without a bit of help from those that know.

Would anyone be able to tell me how to fish with a pellet feeder in a pool? and do i have to use hard pellets banded on the hook?
