Hi all I am new to fishing, only started last summer, but today I went fishing and I Thrashed Teepot!!!
LOL what can I say he taught me well!

Rikki dont knock Larry Teepot he has a strong tradition to uphold, it aint easy to keep on getting battered

Ok now the ice has been broken, let me introduce myself. I am a Rhodesian/Canadian gal, but have lived in the UK for 8 years now, in Herefordshire, I was introduced to fishing in the summer and got the bug. I used to fish when I was a kid, but only with a stick, string and hook, very much like the pole method, maybe thats why I am a "natural" LOL
To be fair to Larry Teepot he did have more fish but I was lucky to catch two nice size carp!

you failed to say that the carp you caught were out of my swim in fact right in front of me in my baited area ,,,but i dont want to sound sore about losing.....
