Good evening, just come on line to say Hi 2 u all. We live in the Massif central of France. In the Puy de Dome department of the Auvergne region. The word Puy indicates we have extinct volcanoes near us. The region of the Auvergne has many parts which are designated as areas of outstanding natural beauty, with its many lakes !!!!! forests and Puys. The area offers a bounty of activities to participate in: Fishing in our private lake, swimming in other lakes. other water sports, golf, pony clubs, canoeing, rambling, bird watching, painting, tennis, cycling or just relaxing alongside our private lake or swimming pool. Our house is arranged in two living area ie; Annex. was an original mill. we have converted another building into 3 gites converted to a high standard, we alos have an original bistro/cafe building in our lakeside garden now used just for family and friends. We have a continental climate : very hot in the summer and can be down to minus 15 in the winter.
I think that is sufficient to start a relationship with the forum

We inherited many of the fish and also had a restock some 4 years ago, although we encourage natural reproduction: Carp, Bream, Perch, roach, pike,we are informed that there are other species but they arelisted in French. The Gites start low season up to May 350 euros per week per Gite. June 400 euros per week. July/ August 450 euros per week. Sept 400 and October 350. This includes fishing card per person. 3 Canes. Fishing from sunrise to sunset. You are able to fish direct off the banks or the far end, ( where the big ones are) use waders.
