Thanks Richie/Simon. Richie the Calder has not fished as well this year due to the crystal clear water after the summer floods. Probably start coming good about 2nd week in March! When do you go to Portumna? Late April is supposed to be good to catch the migrating roach.

that's exactly when we go mate. Its a bit hit n miss to when they come through but its still a wonderful place to visit.
