Default Hi from an old breed (out of date) match angler
Just to say Hi,
Have spent the last ten years as our clubs match secretary and Match team Captain but now retired through Ill health and have had to go back to my real love (Barbel & rivers). as I can't carry all the tackle anymore.
I will still help running and competing in the occasional match; however; I will not take it as seriously as I did and have passed the post over to a younger and more able angler.
I have just found this site and look forward to reading your posts and occasionally contributing.

Welcome Bold Bear! This year I bowed out of being Birmingham Civil Service AC Match Secretary after 26 years. Nice letting somebody else having the aggro isn't it!!
