does anyone fish grounds farm.if so whats the best aproach for some of the bigger carp due to the fact that boilies and pellets arent allowed any tips.cheers chris hen

heron pool as ive tried in vien for a better stamp of carp but the best ive managed is a 6lbder.on lunchean meat the bigger carp ignored all other offerings.

Theres some big old lumps in the Paddock pool, which usually fishes better in the afternoons, I found that the carp usually switched on after an hour or two of fishing for anything that swims, must admit that i always feed pellets, along with some riddled meat, and caster start by fishing maggot over the top to get a few bites, a switch to caster can get a better stamp of roach and bream, when the carp move in switch to punched meat or try floating maggot, but you have to keep the feed going in, the pegs on the point of the long island are good ones, fishing up to the first island, failing that any of the pegs the caravan side fishin up to the first island are also ok.

If its the pool at the top of the drive and you have to walk along the fence dont bother 14 in my club blanked and I won it it with 3lb. 2 small carp begining of the year

what club are you in? do they have access to any decent waters if so what are the possabilities of joining if poss how much does it cost? if not do you know of any clubs that have access to any decent waters in and around birmingham cheers! chris hen.
