Hi all, I am an inexperienced carpers girlfriend. I have no clue as to what interests my fella in this area so i could do with some advice please!!!!!

my dear lady,i imagine he enjoys the long quiet walks to his chosen spot,the joy of getting away from it all,the thrill and splendour of mother nature,and the thought of a few hours in total and utter solitude with just his thoughts for company.in other words being on his own!!!i do not want to put a dampner on precedings,but in my own opinion,and having watched at first hand,the demise of a few relationships,due to the bug and all consuming passion that is angling,tread very carefully.you may be the exception to the rule,and if thats the case,i wish you all the very best!!

in the summer why dont you go along with him and see what its all about take a book if hes carping. my girlfriend comes along with me all the time and she enjoys it and shes made a few friends on the bank

carpersgirlf ignore this lot hun, get out there and show him who's boss!!!!! and when you are whooping his arse next season, he will beg you for advice tell him it's the pheremones.

I am a lady angler and love it!!! I wished i'd have taken this sport up years ago, you meet some lovely people along the way, most of em helpful (cz your a lady) some of them will tell you it's not for women, ignore the latter and go get em girl!
