Default Fishing at Drayton

I Am Fishing A Match At Drayton Reservoir Mid May On Dam Wall Can Anybody Give Advice On Methods, Baits, Best Pegs Etc. Can Fish Be Caught Down Edge ?

hi ya,if its an afternoon match i use the baggin waggler, i cast as far as i can, try to keep it in the same spot each cast and recast after 30 seconds if it hasnt gone under. I usually start off at about 4 foot deep. Usa a nice soft groundbait. The top pegs on the dam wall are best, which are 40 + i guess. The fish do come closer in later on. You need strong line as these fish are big now and strong.

Hair rigged 1cm of pepparami fished about 3-4ft deep on the baggin waggler, get hold of some LAYERS MASH from your local pet foods supplier and mix this in with your method mix.
