Default Hello all

Hi, just signed on here, seems to be a good source for advice.

Can anyone recommend a pike fishing venue where night fishing is permitted in the Avon, Dorset, Somerset area?

Im based in Herts, my brother is in Plymouth and we're looking for somewhere in between where we can pitch tent and stay for a couple of nights. We're experienced and (sadly) mature anglers but we've not had a fishing trip for over a year, so we're looking to have a decent session early March.

Any advice appreciated.

win im not sure if this will help but here goe,s. the cain hill pounds in devizes( kennett and avon canal) are mostly small lakes all 27 of them, and there full of pike, big pike. you can stay at the campsite behind the 3 magpie,s pub just down the road. also close by trowbridge ac waters at staverton on the bristol avon ( drive to every peg) it is stacked with both pike and big trout.
