How to make enemies on day one -Whats a good recipe for zander?

Hiya Mate, It's great on here, some good blokes and some fab humour, including piss taking!

Can't help you with the Zander though!

Have ever eaten zander?? its the best fish you can eat! Its so deliucuis.
My recipie:
Just fried in a pan, pour some cream in to the pan. Some salt and white pepper. serve with some boiled potatoes and you will have a fantastic meal.

Not wanting to encourage the eating of course fish too much, and not having eaten Zander - I can imagine it tastes really great as the nicest fish I have EVER eaten is Perch! I had it served to me in a resturant in France and it was absolutely delicious with a little pepper and lemon juice!

Cod and chips is better, salt and vinegar to taste, and a good banter waiting in the queue for them
