Default New member wanting to join a local club...

Hi, I'm Gary i'm 25 from Lincoln.
I want to join a club in my area so i can fish in a few matches.
9 -10 years ago i was a member of Saxilby sports & social club A C but when i left school my mate got a girlfriend and stopped fishing and as i used to get a lift with him and his dad to matches i couldnt get to the venues anymore. My dad doesnt drive so i had to wait until i could learn to drive. I left fishing for a while but 4 years ago i started up again and have been buying new gear and fishing more regular in the past 2 years. My catch rate has improved and i have learnt new skills and watercraft from reading all the fishing magazines and trying new things on a wide range on venues.
Fishing is and always will be my number 1 hobby and i cant wait to get match fishing again.

Default hi, thanks for your reply.

I would prefer a lincoln based club or surrounding area of Lincoln South. I used to fish matches on the fossdyke canal, chesterfield canel in retford, river till, river ancholme near Brigg, The Trent and a few local lakes, Langworth, Wigsley, Whisby.
