hi,
im les, 48ish, just back into angling after a 5 yr break,lost my fishing partner and lost the will to go fishing, any way kept the gear and have started again this season, best fish to date this season was a 5 lb tench caught on a whip on breadpunch on local canal, was good fun actually lol.

not into sitting on a big pool of water catching F1s, sooner trot a river and catch whatever is there or a nice relaxing afternoon on local canal.

but no offence to those that fish the ponds and lakes each to there own and tight lines to you all however you fish and whatever you fish for.

had an extensive knowledege of course fishing have fished for a few good teams over the yrs although some yrs ago team dons and stainforth.
look forward to some banter and hopefully maybe a days fishing if anyone in my area, im from doncaster and a proud yorkshireman
