Kevh i would pleasure fish there and join a club that uses the venue before you enter the opens. The anglers that fish there are very good, except me when i go there.

hi kevh
welcome to the forum,
i am also from lincoln, lindholmes 32/35 miles from lincoln, the best route to get yourself there would be gainsboro,to epworth, then head towards sandtoft you will see the lakes signposted,
but as dnw say the anglers are experts , join a local club,i know the hospital club have 20+ anglers attending there matches, and theres a varity of venues,i will see if i can get a contact number for you if you are interested
