  • Low feed ground bait

    Hi all
With winter on its way, anglers start using low feed grounbait. What is lowfeed groundbait and can anyone reccomend a low feed grounbait and best ways to use it?? Mainly be fishing for roach skimmers bream tench and maybe the odd carp will turn up.

Just a fine groundbait, if you're fishing a lake then a fine fishmeal mix might be best but if on a canal or river you probably won't want fishmeal and use Sensas mixes like Match Blend, Noire, Canal but often you are better with no groundbait and just loosefeed or you can add leam or molehill soil to groundbait to add weight but no feed value or even use them on their own.

        Hi all

If your fishing a lake the best carp mixes is swimstim & Ringers groundbait the feed is next to nothing.
        Good Luck
