Chic Peas

Just read the post about chic peas but i didnt want to post a question in their because i didnt know weither i would be hijacking their thread, so i went for the safe option of starting my own.

Basically i have a question about them. Once i have soaked them and boiled them, are they safe to freeze and re-use a different time? Or once i have soaked them and boiled them, do i have to use them within a certain time limit?
Sorry to sound like a novice, but i am with chic peas lol.

Yes mate,but try to dry them off a bit before freezing.

Cheers matey, i didnt know weither it was safe to freeze them. So before freezing them, if i leave them for 24 hours for drying time, does that sound enough time?

i use em straight out the tin.

No need to air dry them like boilies,just dont freeze em with loads of liquid,just strain any liquid of lay em out on kitchen poll or old tea towel.bag em and freeze em.
