    i find in alot of snake lakes they have the smallest of shelves and hen a hugh slope and thats were i get stuck just wondering how all you would approac it

    Alot of snake lakes durning the summer you need to fish tight up in the shallowest water but as it cools down round here it seems that you are best off finding 2ft of water and fishing there. Dont forget to have 3 or 4 lines going which you can use the same rig on and alternate between them which will keep you putting fish in the net regular rather than plundering one single line.

      I take a bit more time pumbing up on snake lakes to to find the crease at the bottom of the far shelf and the closest one especially now the weathers cooling off,it really is worth taking a bit more time getting your depths spot on.
