    Im thimnking of taking my son to tingrith lake we both use a pole and carp rods which would be the best at tingrith???.But not being there before i havnt got a clue where to fish and on which lake out of three to fish on.Just wondered if anybody has fished there and wat it was like.Cos im also thinking of going to herne farm.Any advice would help very much.

    I do not know how old your son is but if you want plenty of bites and a variety of fish then fish the first one you come in the margins. Plenty of crucians and fantails to be going at.

    The second lake responds to carp tactics and the fish are bigger but also hit and miss.

    The third and furthest is my favorite. A peg either side of the arm should see you score with pellet or catmeat.
