    Is the correct way to tie a hair rig as follows: pass the line through the back of the eyed hook leaving about 1/2 inch for the hair, in my case a 14s Drennan carp hook, wrap the line round the shank of the hook 8 times then pass it back again the same way through the back of the eyed hook.

    If this is the correct way, why are my finished hooks not hanging correctly.

    if you use the knotless knot correctly the hook should turn in sharply towards the line lokks odd but very effective
    the carrot bites back:D

      Complete Tangler.The knot just seems to hang in mid air, the hook point turns outward.
