    6 Steve Openshaw peg 78 Bonsai 77lb 9oz
    7 Matt Hall peg 48 bonsai 77lb 3oz

The winner does not want to fish the final at any cost due too commitments so i should imagine Lee Kerry will take his spot.
Lee Kerry is a Total Fishing user ,i am sure he will be on here soon.

Just wondered what with the high demand for tickets for these matches does someone fish the qualifier and win then not fish the final.

Yes cant believe he doesnt want to fish the final!

I was on Oasis and had 46lb odd ..

The day was very well run by Neil as he closed the whole complex for the day and spread everyone out so we all had at least two pegs unlike some of the other qualifiers.

Spoke to Paul Yates this morning and he is absolutely gutted - he was upset enough when he heard 107lb had won, then got excited when he heard the bloke didnt want to fish the final as he thought he was second!

I was 4 pegs from the angler who won, i was gutted with the way i fished has it was a flier but i chose the wrong methods on the day and had aprox 50lb. So i new he had a big weight whilst waiting to weigh in i congratulated him on what could be a winning weight and he said then he hopes someone beats him has he wouldn't have the time to fish the final. It was suprising but he had personal reasons and i didn't want to know what they were any way.
