I couldn't agree more with you John, Cock on time of year for the bream now.
Stick or waggler with maggot down the middle could catch you 15lb of roach in the right peg. But i would use Johns advice and go for the slabs, Especially with it getting milder now.
VDE Bream gold pro groundbait, 50/50 with brown crumb works a treat at medley. I always add a bit of Liquid brasem to it, Im a tart like that though. Good luck Ian whatever your approach.
