12 meters or it goes up the other side of canal........serious 60 turns is about all i can do .also depends what you saying is accurate i think 9 square meters is a good feed area thats open water...against an island i suffer with clipping up and still hitting the reeds or trees i cant understand why it happens but it sure does
In darkness we do what we can
    In daylight we're oblivion

In my days on the trent at fiskerton i used to be able to cast within a couple of feet of the far bank between a couple of trees for chub so i was fairly accurate otherwise you would lose your feeders.( i'm to tight to lose feeders and dead cows at £1.00 a chuck)

Could i still do it know? with a bit of practise i would think so.
