    Hi Dominic

There are plenty of small fish in close at Tamar, fish an elasticated top two kit or a whip to hand, feed small balls of groundbait and maggots little but often with maggot on the hook.
Rig wise on the above just keep it simple as possible - just use a bulk of shot around 6inches from the hook, Tamar is not the place for pretty looking rigs other wise you will spend more time un-tangling than fishing!!!

You can also catch well on the feeder, use worm as bait, feed pellets along with groundbait through the feeder, chuck it as far as you can (but still keeping it landing in the same place) even if you dont get bites just keep the bait going out, so you have enough feed down if the bream do show up.

I would also suggest you watch others around you, see what distance they are casting etc & ask questions before the match!!!

    Good luck
