shakespeare tele pole elastic

hi i bought a tele pole , but not knowing about them managed to snap the elastic on the other end section and broke the eye .

what do i do now ???????????? can i fix it or is it a pain

Sounds like you have got tele whip type pole
You would need to either remove the tip with the eye or cut it back to take a ptfe bush
My Advice would be Bin it
have a look for a cheap 11 to 13mtr pole with a couple of tops
No point trying to learn to fish with something that is totaly useless for your requirments
You will soon get fed up with struggling .
A visit to your local tackle shop to ask for advice is advisable
But remember you need @ least 11/13mtrs
