  • T.A. north vs midlands vs south match 2013?

    Afternoon gents,
I'm just gauging what kind of interest there would be if we were to stage a big talk angling match between the north, the south and the midlands lads.
Maybe a teams of 20 match? I'm pretty sure we could get a team together from the south. I'm not going to put myself forward as captain, but would be happy to help organise if we can get it together.
Venue suggestions welcome,I guess the midlands would be best for all.
So,let's talk it over and see who is provisionally willing to fish.
    Bring it onnnnnnnnn! ;-)

You in then, martin? A weekender with camping/ travelodge is a good shout. And obviously a good pub nearby for the saturday night.

I would probably stipulate all money to be paid well up front with no refunds for drop outs,as this can be a pain in the rear for an organiser. Especially for a match of this size.

so you midlands lads,i would assume we will need a venue to cater for between 30/40 anglers, perhaps a few more, tunnel barn seems a good start, not knowing the place could we get that ammount on there over a weekend as i would guess it gets booked up pretty quick, any more suggestions??

Larford would be a great shout, very fair venue.
