Just wondered how to set up a slider and how to plumb up with one, Got a rough idea from watching the sensas challenge last weekend but not 100 percent sure.
Thanks.
Set your bulk 2' from the bottom of your main line, use your bulk as the plummet then after getting the correct depth slide the stop knot up the main line to add enough to ensure your hook length is where you want it, 4" over depth is my starting point. Would be easier to explain with drawings.
PS when sliding your stop knot make sure you lubricate and pull the line tight or your line will kink.
My error stop knot down the line not up
