    RULES & 2 DAYER INFORMATION.


    THE DRAW: will be at the venue 9am each morning.

    FISHING: We will be fishing from 11am to 4pm both days.


    There will be an OPTIONAL SUPER POOL running - This will be £10.00 & covers both days - this will be paid out to individual placings per day (SUPER POOL TO BE PAID
    SATURDAY MORNING)


    PAYOUTS: The payouts will be be finalised when numbers are confirmed.... but it has been decided that we spread payouts around & pay out as many people as possible.

    PRIZES: Gear kindly donated by Tubertini UK for the top 5, A weeks Caravan Holiday @ White Acres for the outright Individual Winner (thanks to Abramis Brama) + Trophies for the winners.

    PRESENTATION: The presentation will take place after the match on the Sunday, we have use of Moorlands Cafe area for this.

    PEGGING & SECTIONS: Both days the lakes will be divided up into mini sections of THREE (one from each team North, South & Midlands fishing each section)

    There are 27 anglers fishing, therefore we have 9 mini sections of 3 ("A" section through to "I" section) aiming to keep each section as fair as possible.


    LARFORD: will be split into two lakes, with 18 anglers fishing on the Burr Bank of the Match Lake - with 9 anglers fishing Arena Lake

    Sections A,B,C,D,E & F will be on the Burr Bank Match Lake

    Sections G,H & I will be on Arena Lake

    MOORLANDS: All 27 anglers will be on Meadow Lake again divided up into mini sections of three.


    TEAM POINTS: 3 points awarded for winning the section, with 1 point going to the lowest weight in the section........ POINTS will decide the OVERALL TEAM CHAMPIONS, if points are tied it will go down to combined weight of the team over both days.

    INDIVIDUAL PLACINGS: Will be done on Weight, combined weight over the two days.


    ANYONE THAT CANT MAKE THE 2 DAYER, PLEASE CONTACT ME A.S.A.P - IF YOUR PLACE CAN NOT BE FILLED (AT THIS SHORT NOTICE) THEN YOUR £40.00 WILL BE NON REFUNDABLE, AS WE STILL HAVE TO COVER LAKE BOOKING FEE'S ETC - IF YOUR PLACE IS FILLED I WILL SEND YOUR MONIES BACK TO YOU.



    LARFORD RULES (both Match Lake & Arena Lake)

    All competitors must use three keepnets and split the catch equally.

    All nets used for retaining carp must be of carp-friendly sack mesh. (Nets can be hired at £5.00 per session). Anyone not in possession of carp-friendly nets will not be allowed to fish, and ideally, nets should carry the Angling Foundation's Waterlily logo for maximum fish-friendly protection.

    Fish to be weighed bringing bottom ring through keepnet only. Our fishery staff weighs all matches.

    All carp must be netted. No swinging in of fish at any time. Landing nets must be of a fish-friendly material ideally polyester and, if possible featuring the Waterlily logo.

    Strictly barbless hooks only. Hook checks will be made during competitions. Anyone found to be using barbed hooks will be asked to leave the site. Maximum hook size 10.

    Ground bait on Match Lake to be fed by pole cup or feeder only or what can be squeezed in one hand only.

    Feeder, Method & Bomb ARE allowed on Arena Lake

    Pellets: Maximum 4 bags per angler. All feed pellets must be purchased from the fishery.

    All landing nets and keepnets must be dipped before entry to the Lake bank.

    Elasticated method feeders, in line or conventional feeders allowed

    No cat food, dog meat, bloodworm or joker or macaroni cheese on ALL lakes.

    No floating hook or feed baits on any of the lakes.

    No floating poles.

    Fishing from the banks or stages only - NO wading or placing platforms in the water unless agreed with the fishery management.

    No bait to be thrown on the banks at the finish of a competition.

    All litter including cigarette ends to be cleared from the peg on completion. Failure to do so will result in a ban.

    No pole tapping or cupping water.

    All pole rigs must have a fixed float 6" minimum from pole tip or longer.

    Hook length from the nose of the method feeder to the hook must be a minimum of 4" (Strictly NO braided hook lengths).

    No feeder floats allowed.

    Boilies allowed in matches.

    No PVA bags (tea bags)

    No artificial baits including plastic sweetcorn.

    No feeding by pole cup whilst fishing with a rod already cast into the Lakes. NFA rules apply.

    Maximum ground bait allowance in any match to be no more than 5kg dry mix.

    No ground baiting by catapult on any of the Lakes. Ground bait must be fed by hand only.

    No bubble floats.

    No feeders can be fished on the pole (this includes method feeders)

    Maximum of 6 tins of luncheon meat per 5 hour match and 4 tins of sweetcorn per 5 hour match



    MOORLANDS RULES:

    Prohibited Baits: Ground Bait, Boilies, Blood Worm, Liquidised Baits, Floating Baits (including bread), Trout Pellets, Chum Mixer, Hemp Seed

    Bait Limit: 5 pints of feed in total, which can include a maximum of: 2 pints of feed pellet (Moorlands only), 1 x 300g tin of luncheon meat, ½ Kilo of worms (1½ pints)

    Rules:

    All nets must be dipped on arrival and keep code adhered to at all times

    Barbless hooks only – max size 14

    2 keep nets required – Split fish equally between the two.

    All bait to be used during match must be displayed on bait tray – no
    additional bait can be fetched once match has commenced

    Only paste purchased from Moorlands tackle-shop may be used

    Hook bait not included in 5 pint limit – no limit on hook bait

    Cat food, macaroni cheese and bread on hook only, strictly no feeding
    of these baits

    Feed pellets may be dampened but must remain in pellet form (not
    made into a paste or ground bait)

    Worms for chopping must be washed clean (not in pools)

    No method type feeder or braid allowed
    All carp must be netted (no exceptions)

    No pole tapping

    Feeding with pole pot while fishing with separate rod not allowed

    Raking or disturbing the bottom in any way not allowed

    Bank sticks must be removed from keep nets prior to weigh in

    No unused bait to be thrown in to the pools at the end of match
