            I'm sound mate thanks for asking. I really miss my club angling now I'm working weekends only. Really miss the competition and the banter but hopefully my shifts will change again, don't know when, but they will and I can start giving Keith and the lads some stick again (if they'll have me back lol). Just joined Tunnel Barn Vets who fish on Thursdays, Gonna get battered most weeks by the regulars but at least it's a bit of match fishing.
            Health wise I'm a million times better, been on a bit of a fitness kick since January and lost 5 stone so far through diet and exercise, so feeling really good at the moment. Onwards and upwards. Tight Lines

              Thats great to hear Jim, Well done with the weight lose mate, it aint easy !!, im sure Keith and the lads will welcome you back with open arms, ( Just take it easy on them to start with lol)
