fished really hard again for the second week running mainly Roach and gudgeon, skimmers seem to have disappeared..Squat done the damage over ground bait with the odd better fish to hemp but the water is still very cold so we will see what happens next week. Everyone was treated to a spectacular firework display and the final whistle... We will stop at nothing to get you guys the best entertainment on any canal circuit in the midlands probably the whole UK..... next week Pole dancers!!!!!!!!

Weather Conditions :- gale force driving rain

        Results:-

        John Fowler........... 7...5...11...............Dams & Locks
        Paul Archer............4...9...0................
        Mark Hardman........4...4...13............... Mosella BC
        Graham Neary........2...9...11................Trabucco Midlands VDE

        Additional Info :-

Blowing a gale and driving rain made this a difficult match. John Fowler fished an exceptional match to take skimmers and roach for a win with 7lb plus of the narrows( Peg 42) ,punch was the preferred bait. At the other end of the match Paul Archer from Coventry took 2nd spot on the much fancied peg 17. Lets hope next weeks weather turns out to be a bit more friendly
