Well to Nick Hodges who won the latest club match on the Big Lake with 45 pound 8oz. 17 members fished the contest in a mixture of conditions, ranging from warm sunshine in very calm conditions to blustery heavy thundery showers. The largest weights from the match came from the bottom end of the lake. Next match is on the MT Lake (the old BAA Trout Lake) next Saturday 6th July 9am to 2pm. Draw is at 8am. This is the first match of the season on this lake and is still very much an unknown quantity.
