    cost of renting /leasing a pool

    Hi everyone can someone advise on the cost of renting/leasing a pool say with 20 pegs.
    The pool itself is not heavily fished but they do have matches say twice a month.
    i dont want to make an offer over the odds for the pool and not to little.
    please advise on the figure i should be forwarding to the owners .

    i rent my 20 peg pool out for £2200,works out at £110 per angler per season.

      Sounds about right KK.

      Trouble is you see, they would only need slightly more than 1 angler on a day ticket per day to get the same revenue!

        yes i know, but i lease to a small club who i trust to keep the water in A1 condition. i don`t want to go down the day ticket route.

          Hi M8,
          Our club leases it's own water and we pay £ 1000.00 per year and we have a 15 year lease.I must point out the the club has undertaken all the work on the pool and this includes the stocking., I hope this helps.
