        i do it just like tying a eyed hook,

        1. pass line down shank of hook
        2.make and hold a loop at the bottom of the hook
        3. bring the free line back up and wrap the line around the hook 5 - 7 times
        4. pass the free line back throught the loop then pull tight

        Think this method is a form of a grinner knot but this is the only method i use/ been learnt and it hasn't failed me yet !
