Bagging Waggler with a cage feeder?

Does anybody know where i can get hold of a small bagging waggler with a cage feeder attached for short distances? 20-30m??? Been looking every where but carnt seem to find 1.

At a local pond to me the regulars have been aralditing a cage feeder to a ping pong ball and using a short hooklength under it, they have been taking the place apart!
