    what small shot can you recommend. i have been using a maver brand, which keep pinging off the line. This is usually on 6ib preston power line. i also find that some brands are quite abrasive to the line when i move them around.

    On thick line use Preston Stotz.

      I agree with nathon stotz they stay on line and move around very easilly.

            If you prefer shot to stotz the ZLT range is excellent.

              nathan's spot on,you can't beat stotz,they're soft and easy to apply and move along the line easily without damage

                  Stotz are great but remember never to put them in your mouth, they are made of lead. Buy the tool for putting them on the line and for taking them off again.
