what do you meen use double elastic ?

if its a thick elastic once will be fine if it's thiner 3-4 times will be better so it carnt retract back through the bush

i found this year to my dismay that if you use a crows foot with solid elastic for carp expect to change the elastic frequently cause the line cuts straight through it put a connector on it will last longer

Not sure what you are doing with your elastic Breamgod, in 15 years of only using the crow's foot, I've never had an elastic cut through or wear excessively.
