  • What is your favourite brand?

I was just wondering what your favourite brand/make of fishing gear is and the reason for it?

Mine has to be Daiwa as everything you buy you know its reliable and it also does this e.g. sensor for the beginners or the ones on a budget.

    What are your thoughts?
    Cheers
    Connor

You wont go wrong with Daiwa gear but you cant beat Preston Innovations for all the little bits of things that you need.

Preston I wouldn't touch with a 20' greased bargepole for anything that costs more than a tenner. It isn't if it will break or fall apart, it's when.

Drennan gear I would trust implicitly, though.

Alot of my gear is shakespeare but then i have shimano, preston, daiwa and abu gear aswel. If i had to choose i would go with shakespeare and preston (they have never really let me down).
