Pity they dont penalise offenders of the same crime(s) here instead of letting them off unpunished.Good of the irish to administer the right penalty about time britain followed in there footsteps.

That's the first real result that has been shown over here, the problem is huge, but hopefully this is the start of things to come. How bad is it in Englang?
