  • BSafe nets?

Anyone else seen this on other forums?

Is it just another marketing ploy as they claim to eliminate 99.9% of 'bacteria' on nets, might not be rocket science but just dry nets and mats out first before fishing again.

Also I thought KHV and SCV were viral infections, how will they stop this??

Virus outbreaks were getting all the press but research revealed that the bigger killers were a relatively small group of bacteria which the Environment Agency confirmed were present in the majority of fish mortalities they attended in 2013.
Taken from the Bsafe write up thats on this sites articles pages, dont think it claims to cover viruses, and it might just be another marketing ploy, however as there are no prices to compare at this time its hard to have an opinion.
The fact is that technology has moved forward and some of the things claimed may just be possible.

Would like to see the research and evidence and links from EA to confirm this?

      Just to be clear..
Koi herpes virus (KHV) is a viral disease that is very contagious to the common carp Cyrpinus carpio.
From wikipedia and many other reputable sources.
