can anybody suggest a good barbless hook
in sizes 14&16 for pole fishing commercials
strong enough for the odd lump but fine
    enough not to spoil presentation
    thanks

Tubertini 861's are superb mate-very strong, eyed hooks ideal for lumps, good for hair rigging or tying normally.

Always amazes me when you look @ the reccomendations of others !!!
Certain items of Tackle ie Hooks/Line /Rods /Poles always seem to be Favourites in different part of the country
Tubertini Hooks are used by hardly any anglers in this area
Certain makes of rods over the years would sell like Hot cakes in one area but you couldnt give the same rod away in others!!

i rate the gamakatsu range, the power gama is good in 14 and 16 i use these for most of my pole
situations also for pellets i use the pellet pattern all spade end and barbless but very sharp
and strong and Col i use the tubertini 861 for pellet wag pukka hooks and yes i am from the south
            sorry..........

Kamasan B911's mate or the Preston PR36
