Anyone got one of these?
I bought the extra long model of the Garbolino Squad Max Rigid Rod & Reel holdall specifically to house my Shimano Nexave Barbel Classic 12ft rod which is a 2 piece rod.
The info on the Garbolino website states that this model accommodates 2 piece 12 ft rods.
Sadly it doesn’t, I invite you try it yourself just in case there is a “knack” to getting them to fit.
Any one else got one, can you get a 12ft 2 piece rod in yours?
Which brand do you recommend that can do the job?
I have contacted Garbolino via email, but they have referred me to my retailer, with whom I am in contact with , although I don't see it as their problem.
Seems to to me Garbolino have not checked that the holdall actually does take 2 piece 12ft rods.
