The Colmic side puller bushes are made up of three components, the bush housing, housing spacer/washer which is concave and the PTFE bush. Whereas the Vespe side puller bush as two components, the bush housing which is concave hence doing away with the spacer/washer, with holds the PTFE bush.

The same guy invented both bushes, they are as good as each other.
