Its a difficult venue to offer advice on as there are so many different pools,

I was on pool 4 a few weeks back for the Ivan Memorial you needed to be in the corners on the smaller pools managed 3r,d on the pool from the middle with 55lb and 60lb won the pool, it was mainly corn as hookbait for me feeding a fair amount of hemp, its worth taking a feeder rod to every pool.

Its a cracking venue and well organised, I would suggest a few minutes sitting on your box at the start weigh up all the odds and just fish positive, you have to use green swimstim pellets for feeding other than that all regular baits work and all methods seem to work.

Pool 1 was a bit hit & miss yesterday & after a decent run of late it didn't fish partucuarly well!
It was won from peg 7 with 149lbs,there were a couple of other weights over the ton but most were between 30 & 80lbs.
Fishing short 5-6m seemed best, feeding corn & hemp heavily as usual.Very few fish were caught in the margins but most caught on the feeder tight over, banded pellet seemed best.Paste caught a few fish here & there but corn seemed king on the day.It wasn't a day for the pellet wag, although there were fish up in the water they didn't want it.
Myself i only had 63lbs,mainly on the groundbait feeder,i really struggled until i put a bit of meat through the feeder though,8mm banded pellet was all i could catch on.I fed corn at 5m but only nicked a couple of fish late on by fishing red meat over it,a very frustrating day,but a great fishery.
A few of the lads fished pool 5 on Thursday & caught large fish in the margins all day, again on corn.
            Hope this helps.
