River Tame

I am fishing a match on the River Tame, near to the town c in a couple of weeks and I wondered if anybody knows what it is currently like?

The section we are on is very close to the town centre (southside)

fished it earlier this year and it was awfull 16 fished and it was won with 1 gudgeon,the was up a bit but not to bad.local bloke said it had fished crap for weeks he said breadpunch works well but a couple of our lads fished it with no joy.hope you have a better day than we did

Anybody been on it more recently?

Fished it recently. Had a 1lb 4oz perch on lob worm on the maggot feeder stalking under my toes and 3 10oz chub on the stick. Loads of small roach,dace,bleak and perch on the stick to, aswell as loosing a big chub. The chub were hard to catch but my mate has been having 10 nice chub on the stick every session recently.
