  • Any Ideas?

Being a river angler, I dont have too much knowledge of stillwater venues, so can anyone recomend a venue I could get some practice on the pellet feeder in the Midlands, I dont fancy travelling miles just for a bit of practice and was looking for somwhere with an island to get used to clipping up etc..., it doesent have to be a bagging venue, just a few bites would do.

Cob House is a good venue for trying the pellet feeder on laugherne island pool, good size fish to.
Island runs virtually the length of the pool .good breakfasts and tackle shop onsite.

Cheers lads, there are no bookings at Coppice, just going to phone Cob house now.
If its Coppice, any particular pool worth giving a try

Hi Rick, why not give Elmbridge a go on first pool (Peacock) or the last one Heron. Not wishing to upset anyone, but dont see many big weights in results from Coppice lane.
