fishlakes and methods to use

Hi guy I need your expertise has anyone been to grange farm is this what they call fishlake and know its in fishlake somewhere in donny what met hod would be best to approach this venue having spoken to a couple of anglers at my local pone they advise plenty of worm about 10mtre out.

Would this be a fair assumpion to take heed of nor angler I spoke to was giving me advice on the rigs to set up apart one churped up heavy as poss does that mean line elastic hooks etc.

Please help bit dubious what these guys was saying to me.

Small pokey hole in ground stuffed with fish , pegs 3 yard apart , forget the worm , corn , meat , pellet plenty of , about 5foot deep max , island to throw to , normally catch down edge or no more than top four out , can catch up in air if weather ok , 100 lb + catches regular , you will probaly need 100 lb to frame.
