we've started stickin to one venue bud,,,
rarely see a carp over 7lb and most matches are won with nets of ide,,,and or f1's and skimmers,,,,
no need for a brute like the g8,,
i had the whisker at,, another cracking pole but wasted on our new venue!
thats why i got the gis12 absolute,, a cracking silverfish pole with plenty of power if and when required!
401 is a very similar pole,, only slightly cheaper on the 2nd hand market than the gis12,,!
